A flat rate of R99.00 is charged per order.

Deliveries to all major cities will be delivered within 2 to 3 working days with overnight express from receipt of order, depending on time-of-day order was placed. 

Delivery is however subject to stock availability and shipping to main centres. Express delivery is possible on request but will incur additional courier charges for the customer’s account. Please note that delivery times provided to customer’s are used as guidelines only as factors beyond our control can from time-to-time result in deliveries being delayed, Sandells Soapery thus reserves the right to communicate with the customers to arrange alternative delivery times and/or methods or to cancel the order if delivery is not feasible.

The person who is receiving the parcel must sign the waybill to confirm receipt of the parcel and that the parcel is in good condition and indicate on the courier’s waybill whether there are any: Damage, breakages, and/or items missing.
